Warble was created by Carolyn Holliday, Founder after personally experiencing the pain of a bad boss. She didn't believe she could turn to HR or higher level executives to help her. She was faced with two options: 1. She could continue to suffer and incur obstruction and targeting while my boss now attempted to dismantle my reputation, or 2. She could walk away taking her self-respect, experience, and reputation with her.
She chose option 2. This was the inspiration for Warble.
