All too often we hear the words "diversity" and "inclusion" brought up as pillars to help corporate America improve workplace culture. But for as much as we hear the words uttered,
signs of progress is scant among some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley. Jennifer Zabasajja speaks to Bloomberg's Jordyn Holman who explains the reason behind that is because these companies are trying to protect trade secrets.
