37: Self Love Practices to Improve your Wellbeing
In honor of Valentines Day I want to first off tell you how much I love and appreciate you for subscribing to my podcast and sharing the love of this show with others.
Today I wanted to focus on loving yourself first and foremost. We often seek love from others, and when that love fades we feel alone and unworthy of love. Why do we feel empty inside? Before we can even think of loving another living creature we must first love ourselves. My father taught me this lesson as a child and although I resisted, I later realized the lesson that needed to be learned and I am forever grateful.
The value you give yourself is key to life. If you value yourself, truly love yourself, than others will see it and treat you with respect. If you value yourself and your services than others will pay you what you are worth. If you love yourself than others will in turn love you because there is nothing more sexy than a confident individual.
Tune into today's episode to get some tips on how to practice self love. Remember even if you are single you can still make this day super special.
