Considering going plant based? I take a deeper dive this week into this lifestyle, and no it does not always mean going Vegan. Plant based means incorporating more vegetables into your diet. You have probably seen Whats the health and know famous athletes and fellow Podcaster Rich Ross who are plant based. And like me, you probably have a tons of friends who are going plant based and with good reason.
Plant based diets are not only great for your health but it is also beneficial for the environment. By going plant based you can actually reduce your carbon footprint. So if you are passionate about reducing the toxic load on your body and the environment than this might be a lifestyle you can get behind.
