In this episode I decided to use being mindful of the present moment to inform the content I provided instead of preparing anything formally. I explored the need for mindfulness in schools and touch on the impact of bullying, as well as mindful parenting. The bulk of this episode dives more deeply into self compassion and how self esteem can actually trigger stress. Following the talk there is a guided meditation.
