Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff talks with Recode's Kara Swisher about the company's complicated relationship with Microsoft, which has been both a partner and — increasingly of late — an enemy to the CRM giant. Benioff wants government regulators to more rigorously challenge M&A like Microsoft's acquisition of LinkedIn, which he says is an example of too much data being consolidated in one company.
