In this talk I give to year 11s at Summerhill School I go deep into explaining how the mind works, how powerful it is and and how to use it to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. I get really into explaining why I do what I do and include some real practical tips on developing a strong mindset. Hang out for the last 5 to 10 minutes where I talk with a few students about how to reduce exam stress and pressure with some simple exercises. Enjoy
