In fact, you'll finally understand why that message may be partly responsible for your own weight loss resistance. You will understand that weight loss isn't just about calories. If it were as simple as calories, don't you think we'd all have weight loss solved by now? If in fact that were simplistically true, all those times in the past when you actually did eat less and did exercise more, would have worked. But every one of us has tried that weight loss approach; cut way back on your calories and exercise more. And maybe sometimes, or maybe even on some occasions, it worked for you. But most often, and I bet most recently, it hasn't.
