In this solocast, I dive into the philosophy of The Four Bodies and how in order to truly be well, all of them need to be healthy. The four bodies are Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. Our society disproportionately focuses on the physical body, with an emphasis on size and appearance as well as "good & bad foods" for nourishment. When we look at health in a silo and obsess over the physical body, most of us end up unwell and stressed out. This is why honoring the health of all four of our bodies, and taking this holistic approach to health is a great way to truly embody a sense of well-being.
