In this episode, Molly and I talk about her transition from being a binge eater, who mainly survived on processed foods to becoming orthorexic and having a fixation with "clean eating," to eventually transitioning to a healthy, happy middle ground where she can enjoy kale smoothies and greasy pizza from Brooklyn in peace.
We also talk about how calorie reduction for weight loss is counterproductive, food quality, fear of carbs, a love of bread and cellulite in advertisements for yoga clothes!
