We talk about how she used food to cope with loneliness as a young girl and what it was like growing up always thinking her body wasn't how it should be. Like many of us she took to food, exercise and pursing health to change that, but it eventually brought way more negativity into her life.
We explore her "wake up call" that finally had her decide to work on her relationship with food and what it was like finally sharing her struggle with another person.
