Norman Riley and Chris Shipman sit down for a fascinating chat with Osei Sankofa from Kick It Out; football's equality and inclusion organisation. Osei talks about his own experiences with racism within the game and how he and the organisation are working with communities, schools and football clubs to rid football of racism and other forms of discrimination against players, officials and fans. Osei also talks about his own career, working under Alan Pardew and what more football and governing bodies should be doing to tackle the problems facing the game.
