Today we talk about strength. We talk about what it is, and what it is not. Strength is not having everything go your way. Strength comes from pushing through pain and obstacles to obtain your goals regardless of life's setbacks. Disappointment will occur, the pain will happen, we may cry and feel strong emotions. However, those emotions are not insurmountable. Feel the emotion, let it wash over you like a stone in a river.
