We have all heard the mantra of motivational speakers everywhere "Win the morning win that day" and the truth is morning routines are very important. I talk today about a bestselling book and idea called Miracle Mornings. you can set up a simple short morning routine to acheive the life you have always wanted.
S- Silence (Meditate/Pray)
A- Affirmations (what do you need to do, tell yourself you've got this)
V-Visualize (picture how it will manifest and how you will do each thing/ picture the feeling of success at the end of the day)
E- Exercise (yoga, hiit, power-lifting, walk, run. something and anything)
R-read (just a few minutes just a few pages whether a book or an article)
S- Scribble/Scribe (write, journal, doodle, draw, paint, crafts, do something creative)
