ARASH MAGHSOODI, PT, DPT, CSCS
Arash is originally from Laguna Hills, California. Arash received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. For his undergraduate studies, he attended San Diego State University where he studied Kinesiology. After sustaining a career-ending ankle sprain while playing collegiate soccer, he realized how disabling and life-altering injuries can be, which led him down the Rehab/Prehab route in life. Arash currently resides in Santa Monica. He has had clinical clerkships primarily in the orthopedic and sports setting. Arash is keeping the family legacy of becoming a physical therapist, as his mother is a practicing clinician of 30 years in Orange County. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Arash has assisted coaching local high schools in the Orange County area assisting high school athletes to maximize their full physical potential while decrease risk for injury.
CRAIG LINDELL, PT, DPT, CSCS
Craig was born and raised in Blackwood, New Jersey and grew up with a passion for sports. Craig played soccer at a competitive level through high school. Craig found interest in physical therapy as a career after experiencing it first-hand due to a quadriceps injury. Because of this exposure, Craig went on to college at Pennsylvania State University to pursue his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Movement Science. Craig has experience with athletes at the D1 level as he worked with Penn State Women’s soccer team. After undergrad, Craig packed his bags and drove to California to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California. With his spare time, Craig enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his dog. Craig currently sees patients at Aspire Physical Therapy & Sports Performance in La Cañada Flintridge and Glendale. Craig has a special interest in adolescent athletic development and overhead athletes including golf and baseball.
MICHAEL LAU, PT, DPT, CSCS
Michael was born and raised in Northern California but now currently resides in Sunny SoCal ever since attending the University of California, Los Angeles as an undergraduate majoring in physiology. After his undergraduate studies, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from cross-town rival the University of Southern California. Michael recently worked in Beijing, China as part of a team from USC training the first generation of physiotherapists in China, working at the Olympic Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. Michael is a huge proponent of movement education, pain science, and strength and conditioning. He believes that through education alone, a large majority of societies’ aches and pains can be alleviated. He currently sees patients at renown Performance Therapy at Providence St. Johns in Santa Monica with a special interest in lower extremity rehab, especially ACLr return to sport.
