This is a log of the last week were I have been doing the miracle morning protocol everyday. This is some of the things I have learned from doing this routine and my overall experience with the routine. I would highly recommend doing this.
S- Silence
Meditate or Pray
A- Affirmations
Tell your self you can handle the day and that it is going to be a good day
V- Visualizations
Visualize what you need to do today and how you are going to do them
E- Exercise
do something physical, anything, it can be power lifting, running, yoga, or walking, whatever you like.
R- Read
Read a book, article, newspaper
S- Scribe
Write, Draw, doodle, do something creative
