January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, but the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) has expired. Seth and JJ talkd about how the Trump administration and a GOP Congress failed to reauthorize the TVPA, which means funding for many programs ended in 2017.
