Rub shoulders with the saints. Really get to know a few of them.
Take care of yourself. Eat well, sleep well and avoid addictions. Enjoy nature with a walk.
Isaiah 55:1 - “Ho, every one who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Hearken diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in fatness.
Isaiah 55:2 - Why pay money for something that will not nourish you? Why spend your hard-earned money on something that will not satisfy? Listen carefully to me and eat what is nourishing! Enjoy fine food!
Ephesians 5:29-30 - For no man ever hates his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, as Christ does the church, because we are members of his body.
Ephesians 6:4 - “And the fathers! provoke not your children, but nourish them in the instruction and admonition of the Lord.”
1Peter 2:1 - So put away all malice and all guile and insincerity and envy and all slander. Like newborn babes, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up to salvation; for you have tasted the kindness of the Lord.
1Corinthians 3:1 - But I, brethren, could not address you as spiritual men, but as men of the flesh, as babes in Christ. I fed you with milk, not solid food; for you were not ready for it; and even yet you are not ready, for you are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not of the flesh, and behaving like ordinary men?
