Assessment is integral to creating solid teams- both internal and external. This requires looking at thing truthfully and objectively.
Truth is not my perception, truth is measurable and both internal (if we are saved as the Spirit of the Living God dwells within us) and external.
Peter’s failure in Gethsemane is turned into a redemption story of salvation and we witness his becoming the ultimate Team Player because of his humility and willingness to submit to the Lord.
Courage- doing things that are difficult or that you don’t want to do; dying to your flesh and showing up.
Elite forces don’t leave anyone behind. They might not like each other but they are responsible for and respect each other.
Bible Verse: 1 Corinthians 12:14 “For the body is not one member, but many.”
Hebrews 11- the Hall of Faith
Quote: Alone we can do so little, together we can accomplish so much- Helen Keller
