My experience with dedicated meditation! - 212
On today's episode, I talk about something that I have been doing a lot more lately that has really helped me and it is something that is becoming part of my healthy lifestyle.
I had done this sporadically for the last couple of years but until I became serious about it I really never felt much from it. Ultimately, only dedicating 15 minutes a day I have really felt the difference and that is why I what to share it with you today.
