Having a bad mood is not the way you want to start the day or end the day. In this video, I talk about ways you can rid yourself of a bad mood. I can tell you, that if you are patient, consider the steps and implement them that they MAY help you tremendously.
For me, I used to deal with bad moods all of the time as a youth. And as an adult, I could not figure out why I could not be a morning person for years.
After curing both the bad moods I had in my youth which was caused by unresolved pain and healing my morning issues, which was caused by a lack of self-awareness, I feel like I am the perfect person to share these ideas with you. Now, I have the ability to be a morning person, whcih is what I prefer and bad moods are no longer apart of my life.
Now look, I do get in bad moods from time to time because I allow myself to feel the entire human spectrum of emotions, but I don’t stay there for very long. I feel like I have trained myself to shed the bad mood almost instantly.
Last thing, don’t think that you have to fake it. If you are dealing with an emotion you do not have to get rid of it and be fake happy. I don’t feel as if that is helpful. One of the tactics that has helped me most is fully being aware of my body, my mind, my feelings, my surroundings. Allowing myself to truly sit in a moment, in thought or emotion. But never attaching myself to it. Never allowing any thought or emotion to control me. Remember, you can train your brain to be what you want it to be. Be patient as you teach yourself how to control your moods. In fact, control is the wrong word. But I am not going to delete it because I want you to see the word control and then eliminate it. I don’t want you to think of this as a control thing. Instead, look at it for what it is: a process. It’s simply a process that you are allowing to happen. Your energy is already free my friend.
