1. Ofra shooting victim recovering; her baby is not
   It’s been a little over a day since the shooting terror attack at a bus station in Ofra and hospital officials in Jerusalem have now announced that the pregnant woman who was shot in the stomach during the attack is recovering. Her infant son delivered by Emergency C-section Sunday night, however, is not doing as well.

   3. IDF releases audio of terrorist tunneling efforts
   Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed a conference at the foreign ministry of Israeli ambassadors to North America, Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and multiple other international organizations and he again reiterated how israel plans to deal with the threat of Hezbollah terror tunnels in the north.
3. MKS clash over offering parole to terrorists
   Legislation that would prevent terrorists from receiving shortened prison sentences passed through its first reading in the Knesset yesterday. The bill aims to prevent terrorists convicted of murder or attempted murder from applying for early release after serving two-thirds of their sentences, a right typically granted to other prisoners.
4. Sara Netanyahu arrives in Guatemala
   In a historic move, the Prime Minister’s wife, Sara Netanyahu, just began a 7-day official visit to Guatemala and this time Sara took the trip alone after being personally invited by Guatemala’s first lady, Patricia Morales. 5. Man arrested for plotting synagogue attack

The FBI arrested an Ohio man who now stands accused of plotting to attack a synagogue in Toledo. Jewish groups praised the FBI and other law enforcement agencies on the capture of 21 year old Damon Joseph who was inspired by the deadly shooting at Pittsburg that left 11 dead and the Islamic state.

7. Australia; Brazil to recognize Jerusalem as Israeli
   Following through on comments made back in October, it appears now as though Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison is indeed looking to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. According to Australian public TV station SBS, the move must now only be ratified by the Australian cabinet on Wednesday.
   8. Tourism returns to Bethlehem for the holidays
   The ancient city of Bethlehem is enjoying its busiest Christmas season on record. The city's hoteliers' association has said that this is welcome news for the city as its tourism is finally recovering after reaching a 10 year low in 2015 due to increased knife and car ramming attacks.
8. 4/10 finalist spots in UN contest won by Israelis
   3,000 startups from around the world competed for one of ten final spots in a travel technology competition run by the United Nations world tourism organization and Israeli companies won 4 of the ten spots. ILTV’S Doriel Mizrachi is here to give us the details on who our finalists are.
9. Bar Ilan class draws students from Arab countries
   A new free online course in biblical archaeology at Bar Ilan University has now drawn more than a thousand students from around the world including from countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates with which Israel has no diplomatic relations.
