3. ‘Security officials unanimously backed ceasefire’
Though the current crisis in the coalition was brought on by former defense minister Lieberman’s resignation last week, government officials are again standing by their decision to end hostilities with Hamas in Gaza and Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon said that the Israeli government knew a truce would be unpopular.

The United Nations relief and works agency or UNRWA is also again slamming the United States this weekend after agency head Pierre Krahenbuhl announced that 118 more jobs had to be cut. 500 contracts were also reduced from full to part time. - Barkan terrorist’s family members indicted
Over a month has passed since the attack, and Ashraf Waleed Sulaiman Naalwa who murdered his coworkers at the Barkan industrial park is still on the run. The border police’s counter-terrorism Yamam Unit, Shin Bet Forces, and troops from the IDF’S Elite Duvdevan, Lotar and Oketz units are all participating in the manhunt for Naalwa.
