The trial of the Former Israeli Minister accused of spying for Iran begins today. Gonen Segev who served as Israel’s Minister of Energy and Infrastructure for two years under Yitzhak Rabin and then Shimon Peres has already been convicted for a myriad of crimes including drug smuggling, forgery, and credit card fraud, but this latest charge of carrying out espionage for Iran certainly tops them all.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has just delivered some sharp words for European leaders hoping to keep the JCPOA Iran ‘nuclear deal’ alive. According to Netanyahu, leaders need to look no further than the events of the past few days which saw an Iranian diplomat arrested in Europe for allegedly planning a bombing attack in Paris. This attack reportedly targeted an Iranian exile group but Iran denies any such plan.
- Bedouin village to be demolished
A flash of violence has just erupted in a small village in the West Bank. Knan Al-Ahmar is home to about 180 Bedouin residents but last May Israel’s high court announced that the village had not been approved for construction and ordered it to be completely demolished. Well police, protesters and residents have just clashed violently at the site where eleven people have already been arrested.

It’s difficult to forget the gruesome incident in 2015 in which an African Asylum Seeker was mistaken for a terrorist in a Be’er Sheva bus station following a terror attack. The man was shot by a security guard and then lynched by a small mob, despite only being an innocent bystander. Well an Israeli court has just delivered a sentence on one of the men involved in that lynching with some saying that it doesn’t even qualify as a slap on the wrist. - Jewish cemetery in India is literal dump
A historic Jewish heritage site in India has decayed into a literal garbage dump. Making that news all the more upsetting is the fact that this unique site is actually a 143 year-old Jewish cemetery. Unfortunately the entire area is currently overrun with waste and trash, much has been forgotten about this unique site over the years and clearly, it’s been terribly neglected as well. - Israeli students find Microsoft oversight
