Lessons I learned dealing with an awful contractor

Welcome back hosts, In this progression of my short term rental journey I will be sharing some of the lessons I learned when dealing with my nightmarish contractor. A lot of the pain we had to go through could have easily been mitigated had we been more cautious and had someone who could have helped prepare us for these types of situations we had to deal with. 

 

Hopefully, through our pain and experience, you can learn to not end up in the awful contractor trap and not have to deal with so much headache.
