Welcome back to the Magician On Duty Podcast Series! On this week's editions we welcome J.Handel. Born in San Diego, Jordan Handel, aka J.Handel, has always been an avid collector of music and a concert enthusiast. But it wasn’t until being exposed to CDJs by a life-long friend in 2010 after submerging himself in the LA rave scene the year previous that he found an entirely new way to interact with music. Mixing became an immediate addiction and since has only strengthened his passion for sharing music. Whether playing 95 or 125 BPM J.Handel's well-curated DJ sets are always fine-tuned to complement the current environment, energy, and time slot. Offering a unique blend of organic sounds and groovy basslines with textural influences from progressive and electronica. His event "Subtle Sol," established in 2016, will be hosting a series of four events in LA this summer starting June 28th. This downtempo event focuses on providing a uniquely immersive experience, merging open minded beliefs, cultured palates, and widespread backgrounds.
