I'm sharing my personal and professional experience to give my best advice to work through the issue, or similar issues.

"Can someone who has lost a lot of weight in the past but gained it back lose weight again?
I lost 70 pounds eating healthy and being good, and exercising… But never mentally knew how to change my behaviors and when tough times came on, I emotionally ate through them. What I found is on the other side of gaining the 70 pounds back Was another 30 pounds on top of it!! I don’t know why that happened but I am more weight than when I started. My fear now is that if I start again I won’t be able to lose the weight at all. My question is can I be successful in losing the hundred pounds once again after all that I’ve been through? Or is my body so adapted to the way it is now that it’s not possible to lose weight."
