Do what you say you are going to do.

Quality time doesn’t exist without quantity time

Stay with each other through trials –ghosting and cutting off relationships is not the same as good boundaries.

Cultivate community that includes real relationships outside of your nuclear family

Without community, your kids think your particular callings are just your weird idiosyncrasies and particular to you, not particular to God’s ways.

Talk your walk and walk your talk. Tell your kids what you are doing and why. There is so much that gets lost in our parenting. Comment vs. lecture.

Pay attention to emotions and feelings – ourselves and others- but recognize them as different than reality or Truth.

Keep Sabbath
