Let's stop the madness of trying to be perfect at everything we do and to be the go to person for everyone. It's a lot on our shoulders and causing more harm than good. I suffered from superwoman mentality, the mentality that i have to do everything and that if i am not busy all the time then I am not being productive. Thats a ton of crap because all it did was cause stress and burn out.
In this episode I share my personal story about trying to be superwoman and how it did not work for me and give you my best tip to reducing the load.
