#28: Why We Chose Patreon To Build Our Community

Some of you may not know this, but we created our non-profit Lighthouse Educator Development long before we created our podcast. We started it with the dream that every student in America would have the teacher they deserve in every classroom from K-12 and the mission to achieve it by adding value to the teaching craft. Over the four years we've been working together on LED we have tried to get our work into the hands of teachers and schools, but it is a difficult hill to climb. WE have started the podcast to share our conversation two years ago and now we have found a platform to build our community.
