But this is hard for anybody. We aren't supposed to never stop.This week I found myself feeling beat up because I being too hard on myself. I was trying to fit the dream work in with regular work and neglecting rest. But I realized that in order to create sustainability in my dreams and my business, it's going to require me to slow down and take it easy on myself. Instead of working so hard, it's going to mean that I try easier.In this week's episode of The Sunday Jumpstart Podcast, I want to encourage you to be gentle with yourself. Just like you would with your bestie, treat yourself kind. Slow down and give yourself permission to rest in order to recuperate. That way when you're ready to get back to work, you can give it your best self.
