Chris has been working in the fitness industry for 4 years running his live and online personal training business. Chris got into the fitness industry due to his own story with struggling with obesity and making the lifestyle changes to overcome his demons. Weighing in at close to 20 stone Chris knew he needed to make a change for his health and happiness. Fast forward 5 years and Chris has lost 6+ stone, gained a serious amount of lean muscle and completed his first Marathon in 2019.
In 2018 Chris and started working with me on my Fitness Business Mastermind and I describe him as an action taker. He gets an idea and he just goes for it balls deep!!! Doing so he is helping so many people both live and online with his programming.
