Chances are you wouldn’t go back to normal like nothing happened, right?
That relationship will take some time to mend.
So stop treating your relationships with food differently.

* Binging
* Disordered eating
* Good food/bad food mentality
* Guilt & anxiety around food
* Ultra restriction
Developing a relationship that’s been hurt takes time.
You can’t expect it to be fixed in a day.
The principles are they same for people & food.
