The fitness world of Boston has a lot of commonalities. Not only do some fitness instructors like Christina Muccio teach at multiple studios, but instructors at one studio may take workouts by other instructors at various studios. That's how our two guests, Mooch and Mel, both fitness instructors, met each other. Since then, they've started a business called move.withmm.
