The first 3 months of your brand new baby’s life AKA the fourth trimester is a very exciting time for sure, but some sleepless nights are too be expected as a new parent! It’s natural that your baby will be unsettled and sleep can be a little erratic at this stage. There can be a lot of pressure to get your baby into a routine and sleeping through the night from a young age but this is often unrealistic for baby’s who are born naturally nocturnal!
