When you are living with intention, in alignment with your purpose, crazy stuff starts to happen and open up. “Leaving the Large Behind,” doesn't refer to just your physical weight but you're emotional also. Getting fit and staying there becomes a lifestyle and belief system with the Core 4. Having a vision of what you think you look like, hope to look like, and look like can keep you from realizing how far you have come. Negative self-images make it difficult to “Leave the Large” mentality behind and grab hold of the shift in size that you have worked hard to obtain.
