Champion Paralympian swimmer Sophie Pascoe was our guest this week for Six and a Song.

Winning a total of nine gold medals and six silver medals, she is New Zealand’s most successful Paralympian.

Simon and Phil talked with her about her motivations, her training regimes, what she gets up to outside of swimming, and of course one of her favourite songs to play out.
