A random intersection of shifting leylines has turned a once unimportant and mostly ignored city into nexus of magical power. The Order seeks to control this power and prevent it from enabling a civil revolution. The Witches, a contingent of untrained citizens seek to harness magical power to throw off their oppressors. The Lords and Ladies, the historic fey rules of the city want to conduct business as usual.
In this tumult, we find three people who will soon be important to one another.
