The life of a Virtual Assistant and the ADVANTAGE of getting one! Meet Junnarin Concillado, our Client Care Captain

 Junna is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts, majoring in History. She was aspiring to be an archaeologist and study the ancient world. She grew up in a family of 6 and almost wasn't able to get her degree when she had a mild stroke at the age of 17. However, she never gave up and was able to gain back her strength and walk properly again after a week. She worked hard to finish her studies despite having financial challenges in the family.

She started working as a Virtual Assistant in her last semester in college when she was introduced to it by a neighbor and ever since then, she has been working home based as a VA. She didn't think she will be able to last in her first VA role as she didn’t have any experience before. Nevertheless, she embraced the challenge and worked it out for almost four years by learning through video training found on YouTube and other free sites. She worked her way up and eventually became The Game Changers’ Client Care Captain.
