Today on the show we discussed door to door collectors after Simon had an uncomfortable encounter with a pushy charity collector over the weekend.
 
Some charities use third party companies who can use a variety of sales techniques to convince home owners to sign up to regular payments.
 
 Head of research at Consumer NZ Jessica Wilson told Simon and Phil some of these techniques can be very intimidating.
