Bernie Williams MA, DIPM, MCIM
As a keen sportsperson Bernie has always had an interest in nutrition, health and science and the positive impact in health, longevity and disease prevention. As a young 800m athlete she understood the importance of nutrition for energy utilisation and recovery.
Prior to myDNAhealth, Bernie spent over 20 years in corporate leadership roles where she was recruited to solve problems ranging from growing performance driven multicultural teams, CRM programs and systems and developing brands and products. These corporate environments were highly stressed and her own health and wellbeing was not a priority and she decided to do something about it. So, in 2014 together with the other founders of myDNAhealth, she helped to develop the first DNA testing product and the company was born.
