Dan Steiner, a retired Air Force officer, who commanded border operations for Texas military forces under former Gov. Rick Perry. He gives us an exclusive briefing on how Mexico’s government has ceded our border territory to the cartels, how the cartels are a much bigger threat to our security than just drug trafficking, and what should be done about it.
