Sir Peter Leitch QSM, aka the Mad Butcher, has become one of the best known people in New Zealand.
He has described himself as “not a great businessman but a very good butcher”.
From one store in Mangere East in Auckland he founded an iconic business.
His great passions are helping people, with decades of tireless work for charity, and rugby league, where he was the manager of the Kiwis who won the World Cup in Britain in 2008.
He joined Simon and Phil on the show for this week's Six and a Song.
