#52 - Are you afraid to use the gym + Wave Training For Bodypump Fitness
This is a bit of a random episode. I recorded this when I should have been doing other things.
I am asked constantly about training for Bodypump fitness. In this episode I detail what I do and what I prescribe for my clients in relation to building strength not just for Bodypump, but for overall fitness and strength. Wave Loading or Wave Training has a neurological, physiological and physiological effect that sets it aside from most other training methods I have sampled. It works great for Group fitness instructors.
The second part of the episode is around being afraid to use this gym. I offer 3 of my tips and practical solutions to help you overcome the fear of the gym for using your local gym floor. You’ll noticed when I record this episode I actually had another 2 to this list!
