India is placed at 140th position in the World Happiness Report 2019 and according to WHO, India is the most depressed country in the world. But why? What is pushing India towards the gloom and how can we bounce back?
I covered the most prominent factors that are really messing with our heads like use of social media, lack of sunlight exposure, junk food, nutrient deficiencies, stigma, lack of awareness and basically not doing everything that the nature intended us to do.
What we are witnessing is a mental health epidemic and this is the time when we switch the gears and bring our mind/body/soul back to it's natural condition.
