Personality trait: Agreeableness (Compassion & Politeness)

Out of all 5 personality traits, Agreeableness is the one that can be the most confusing as it can easily be mixed with Extraversion or Neuroticism. But what separates it from the other dimensions is its power to make a person blind to his/her own needs. Females are more agreeable by nature as compared to men, as it is necessary a woman to be highly compassionate when she gives birth to a little human being who is really vulnerable and incapable of saving itself. However, really high levels of this trait can make a person a pushover who is always being cheated and run over by others (disagreeable people).
