Personality trait: Openness to Experience (Intellect, Creativity & Madness)

Openness to Experience is the creativity dimension of the Big 5 Personality traits. It's two sub-components are Intellect (interest in ideas) and Openness (creativity, imagination). This is the trait where the most intellectually curious, creative, artistic and imaginative of us fall into. So, we are talking about painters, writers, musicians and some of the most creative people (not all) from the fields of science, philosophy and movies. Open people are those who teach us to see, feel and be sensitive to aesthetic work. They are the people who save the organisation in the ever changing market. But they are rare, odd and usually low in conscientiousness. In the video, I even discussed why there is a link between being creativity and insanity.
