            - Peter Parker’s identity has been revealed

Spidey has made a lot of money for both companies

Homecoming: 880.2m against 175m budget (Disney made 44.01m) Sony 705.2m Far From Home: 1.116b against 160m budget (Disney made 55.8m) Sony 956m Amazing Spider-man 2 made 709m against 293m budget Venom made 856.1m against a budget of 116m

MCU has a stacked lineup that doesn’t leave a lot of space for Spidey (Phase 4)

Both stories can continue on without the other, but they would both benefit from staying together (Feige and Holland both spoke at D23 on this)
