Steve contsiders evidence from various studies and writings, suggesting that gratitude may be an antidote to anxiety and depression. The 'practice of gratitude' is something that he hopes to start prescribing in his own clinical practice as a physician, specialising in the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction.
