Thora Birch, Actress – The Film Scene

TODAY: Thora Birch, American actress with a long career of roles ranging from child acting roles to action movies and voice roles. She achieved fame as a child star, with notable film roles being the romantic comedy All I Want for Christmas, and the Disney Halloween movie Hocus Pocus. She continued to act in big hollywood films and continued to do so until 2012 when she took a break from acting to follow academic pursuits. She returned to television in 2016, and continues to act in both films and television, most recently starring in Colony and The Last Black Man in San Francisco.
